Order Processing & Shipping Policy

Please allow 4 - 6 calendar days!

Our products are fresh foods which are mixed, baked, packaged, and shipped after orders are placed. Please allow 4 - 6 calendar days from the date of order for your products to be completed and shipped. Our typical shipping days are Wednesday and Thursday of each week. As an example, an order placed on Friday, will be prepared the following week and shipped no later than Thursday. If your order is time sensitive, please take this timeframe into consideration or contact us before placing your order to make sure we can complete it in the timeframe you need. We do take pre-orders and will try to accommodate quicker processing times if we are able to handle it within our production schedule but this is on a case by case basis and we will not always be able to accommodate.

We do not ship outside the contiguous United States of America.

Shipping charges vary based upon distance and weight being shipped. At the time of checkout, shipping charges will be calculated based upon the billing address provided. We do offer free shipping on retail orders starting at a minimum purchase total of $75.

At this time, we ship all products through UPS Ground shipping rates. For most parts of the US this allows delivery in 2 - 4 days after shipping. If there is a reason you cannot receive packages from UPS or you need your purchase delivered with expedited shipping options please contact us and we will determine the best options for your situation. Please note, expedited shipping will incur additional costs and is not included as part of the free shipping option.
