In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your The Italian Cookie Company purchase, please let us know about the problem within 48 hours of completed delivery. Because our products are fresh baked food products with no added preservatives we will not take returns.
Full or partial refunds, replaced products, or store credits are decided on a case-by-case basis, but our goal is to always ensure you received the best quality product possible and will do everything we can to make the situation right. If we have made a genuine mistake (the product was not made correctly or deteriorated during shipping due to heat and/or rough handling), we will make it right. We are not able to offer refunds in cases where the product was baked correctly and delivered in quality condition, but a flavor or texture didn't meet a personal preference. Most people love our flavors, but it's impossible to predict everyone's particular taste preferences. If something has gone wrong, please let us know right away!
