At the Italian Cookie Company, our traditional cookie recipes date back through at least five generations of our family. Back to a time when conventional mixers and cookie press tools didn't exist. In the spirit of our ancestors and in keeping with the time tested process that developed them, we create our cookies without those tools today. All our traditional cookies are formed by hand in small batches and no added preservatives. And in keeping with tradition, filled with all the love of our family heritage that we share with you.
